Account Express is an automated phone system.  You may press "0" at any time during the call to reach a live person.  During peak business hours you may get voice mail.  Our goal is to return your call within 24 hours.

The automated phone system will allow you to:

1. Access your account(s) using your account numbers or guarantor number from your statement.  You may also access your account(s) using your social security number.
2. Check your balance.
3. Find out if your insurance has paid.
4. Find out if your personal payment has been received.
5. Pay your account with a credit card.
6. Speak to a live person, or place a message to a voice mail.

Tips when calling the Business Office

• If possible have your account number or guarantor (the responsible party) number handy.
• If you don't have a current statement on hand, we will need to identify you as the person on the account.

Due to HIPPA Privacy Laws, we can not discuss a patient's medical or financial information without the patient's permission.  Permission may be granted in writing or verbally.
