MCH Junior Volunteer Teen Leadership is a leadership program for teens 14-18. Once known as the Candy Striper Program, the teen leadership program has given the youth of the community an opportunity to work alongside healthcare professionals for last 52 years. Applications for MCH Junior Volunteer Teen Leadership will be accepted on-line at http://www.mchodessa.com/info/volunteer/jvteens website Enrollment is limited. Application Process:
1st Step - Teen and parent will complete, carefully review and sign JV Teen Leadership Program application. Applications can be found on the MCH website at .mchodessa.com/info/volunteer/jvteenswebsite. Please complete all sections and follow the directions as stated.
2nd Step - MCH Volunteer Services will accept applications through April 1, 2010. Once application is completed you will receive confirmation of receipt.
3rd Step - MCH Volunteer Services will contact you and notify you and parent of training dates and times.
4th Step - You register and sign-up for training date
